Hands on Cheese-making Class with Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions

The Epicurean Connection is offering private hands-on cheesemaking classes with award-winning Cheesemaker/Chef Sheana Davis & Wine Educator/Cheesemaker Ben Sessions.
The class included a hands-on cheesemaking class, a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map, artisan cheese tasting, and complimentary Rose. Guests will make a 2-3# Creme de Ricotta wheel of cheese and or flavor the Creme de Ricotta from our Spice Bar.

Please bring a cooler to take home your cheeses.

The class is hosted by award-winning cheesemaker Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions, The Epicurean Connection.

The class is 90 minutes.

Artisan Cheeses include Carr Valley Cheese, Nicasio Valley Cheese, Valley Ford Cheese, WM Coifed Cheese, Laura Chenel Cheese, and the circulation of guest cheeses.

The Epicurean Connection Creme de Fromage, Delice de la Vallee and Lucy.

The Epicurean Connection Raspberry Rose Petal Jam, Blackberry Pomegranate Jam & Honey Orange Blossom Marmalade.
