Hands on Cheese Class of Creme de Ricotta & Whey Poached Salmon. Together as a class we will make the Creme de Ricotta while learning how to poach fresh salmon in whey. Class includes cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe card and complimentary glass of wine.
