Hands on “Buttermonger” Class with Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions. Each group will enjoy an artisan cheese tasting while making a fresh batch of fresh made butter. Each group will make 2# of fresh butter, salted, unsalted and compound butter. You may choose to make a wheel or use our flavor bar and spice up your butters in individual containers. Each guest takes home a cheese cloth and a Buttermonger Book, published March 1, 2023.
