Hands on cheesemaking class.
The class will make fresh Creme de Ricotta, a cow milk cheese, which can be served fresh and soft or allow to firm up into a wheel or preferred shape. Toppings to include Summer fruits and herbs.
Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese trail map and cheese recipe card.
Class will include a craft brew and cheese pairing.
