Hands-on Cheesemaking Class with Sheana Davis & Ben Sessions, The Epicurean Connection. Classes are hosted weekly Thursday & Saturday 12:00-2:00 and Friday 3:00-5:00. Private and corporate classes are available.
Each registered group has their own station and together we each make Creme de Ricotta, a 2-3# wheel of fresh cow milk cheese, and or we can make a variety of flavored cheeses from our Flavor Bar. Each guest takes home a cheesecloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map and enjoys an artisan cheese course and complimentary Rose. The class is two hours. All ages welcome. Vaccination required. Proper Covid protocol is followed in all classes.
