Hands on Cheesemaking Creme de Ricotta three ways, Wheels, Slices and Lasagna layers. In class, we will make Creme de Ricotta and present three ways, in a wheel, sliced and lasagna layer. Each guest will receive a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe card and cheese trail map.
