Mozzarella, Burrata, Butter & Rotolo: Cheese Class

Mozzarella Pulling and Stretching, Buratta & Butter Class

Students learn to pull Mozzarella in this cheese making class

Guests will each create their own Mozzarella, Burrata & Rotolo, using our fresh Mozzarella Curd and cream. We will guide our guests through the process to pull, stretch, braid and twist mozzarella and in addition each guest will make a fresh Buratta Ball and Rotolo, filled with our Creme de Ricotta and or fresh made Butter and coated in Cream. Each guest will take home 2# of fresh Mozzarella, Buratta & Rotolo. During class, we will taste and enjoy the fresh made Mozzarella, Buratta, Creme de Fromage and fresh made butter.

Please bring a cooler to take home your cheeses.
