DESCRIPTION:The Epicurean Connection offers private hands-on cheesemaking classes with award-winning Cheesemaker/Chef Sheana Davis & Wine Educator/Cheesemaker Ben Sessions. \n\nThe class included a hands-on cheesemaking class\, a cheese cloth\, cheese ladle\, cheese recipe card\, cheese trail map\, artisan cheese tasting\, and a complimentary glass of wine. Guests will make a 2-3 pound Creme de Ricotta wheel of cheese. Once made\, guests can add various flavors to the Creme de Ricotta from our Spice Bar.
