- Delice de La Vallee – An award-winning blend of fresh triple cream cow and fresh goat milk with a sweet essence and creamy delicate sensation to the palate. 2010 Best Fresh Cheese in the Country from American Cheese Society.
- Creme de Fromage – A cream top Fromage Blanc, a blend of Fromage Blanc & Creme Fraiche.
- Layla, a collaboration cheese made with Briar Rose Creamery, Layla Restaurant at MacArthur Place & The Epicurean Connection. A Guernsey Cow Milk Crottin dusted with Fennel Pollen.
Past Collaboration Cheeses
Mycophilia, a collaboration cheese made with Blackberry Farm & The Epicurean Connection. A bloomy rind sheep milk cheese, dusted with wild mushrooms from the Mayacamas Mountains and the Smokey Mountains. Made 3 batches in 2018.
P-1, Double Cream Brie, named after P-1, a local Mountain Lion (SOLD OUT UNTIL FALL 2019). This is an imported French Brie.
