$125The Epicurean Connection offers private hands-on cheesemaking classes with award-winning Cheesemaker/Chef Sheana Davis & Wine Educator/Cheesemaker Ben Sessions.
The class included a hands-on cheesemaking class, a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map, artisan cheese tasting, and a complimentary glass of wine. Guests will make a 2-3 pound Creme de Ricotta wheel of cheese. Once made, guests can add various flavors to the Creme de Ricotta from our Spice Bar. Classes are 90 minutes.
Please bring a cooler to take home your cheeses.
