Join us for a culinary experience like no other where you will learn to create a delicious feast featuring recipes from local farms and specialty products. In this class, you will master the art of making Ross Cannard Farm Salad with Spring Vegetables & The Apple Farm Cider Vinaigrette, a refreshing and vibrant salad that celebrates the flavors of the season.
Next, we will move on to crafting Little Paradise Farm Roasted Vegetables & Fresh Ricotta Polenta, a comforting dish that highlights the natural sweetness of roasted vegetables paired with creamy ricotta polenta.
For dessert, we will indulge in Big Bottom Market Brown Sugar Biscuits with Watmaugh Strawberries, a delightful treat that combines tender biscuits with juicy strawberries for the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
