  • Private events, catering, and consulting are booked directly and may require a deposit to confirm
  • Event details, guest counts, and pricing are confirmed in writing prior to the event

3. Third-Party Booking Platforms

If you book through Airbnb, Eventbrite, or another third-party platform, your reservation is also subject to that platform’s terms and policies.

This includes:

  • Payment processing
  • Cancellation and refund policies
  • Booking changes

Please refer to the platform where you booked for full details.

4. Payments

Payment terms vary by service:

  • Public classes are paid in full at the time of booking through the selected platform
  • Private events and catering may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to the event

Pricing is subject to change until confirmed.

5. Cheese Class Cancellations & Changes

  • Public class cancellations are handled according to the policies of Airbnb, Eventbrite, or the platform used to book.
  • Private events and catering cancellations and rescheduling terms are provided at the time of booking.
  • Changes may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.

6. Participation & Liability

By attending a class or event, you acknowledge that participation in hands-on culinary activities involves some inherent risk.

You are responsible for notifying us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Epicurean Connection is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our services.
